Elaborate recommendations in the Citizen Assemblies.

A working group of the Delib Network, coordinated by Arantzazulab, has just published a Guide for the Elaboration of Recommendations in Citizens' Assemblies, with multiple examples taken from the latest experiences in different autonomous communities. A very useful resource indeed!
