Assembly Design and Implementation Guide

Democracy Next 's guide to designing and implementing a citizens' assembly is now available in Spanish. This tool develops how to organize and conduct Citizen Assemblies in an effective way, from the previous steps to the presentation and follow-up of recommendations.

Having this type of resource is essential to generate deliberations that lead to collective decisions on public policies. For this reason, the guide summarizes the key points to take into account before, during and after a deliberative process. It now also includes examples of deliberative processes that have been organized in Spain.

Remember: the guide is also available in Basque, thanks to the translation by Arantzazulab.
