Discover the keys to some of the 2023 - 2024 Network's meetings
Every month, in the framework of the Network Delib, we exchange on how to build deliberative processes with high quality standards and aligned with international best practices. From mini-public experiences to innovative tools, everything is on the table!
In the following capsules you will find a few glimpses of our meetings.

In this meeting, we explore how to manage the phases following a deliberative assembly. From the challenges posed by electoral cycles to the effective follow-up of recommendations, we underline the importance of creating spaces of accompaniment for participants.
October 2023: Accountability
Transparent support and impact of the recommendations of the deliberative assemblies, with Victoria Solé.

February 2024: Extension of deliberation
Deliberative process in the Som Energia cooperative, with Ernesto Ganuza.
This meeting explores how the cooperative Som Energia has implemented a deliberative process among its members, addressing dilemmas from the grassroots and using deliberation as a tool to reach agreements. We reflect on the impact that these processes can generate in spaces such as cooperatives.

Reflections on the Assemblea Ciutadana pel Clima de Catalunya (completed) and the Asamblea Ciudadana de Euskadi (in design phase), with Jaume López and Elisa Sainz de Murieta.
This meeting focuses on the institutionalization of citizens' assemblies as a dynamic that can guarantee a lasting impact. It addresses the creation of legal frameworks, the role of parliamentary committees, and examples such as the Ostbelgien model (Belgium).
May 2024: Gender and Inclusion
Application of the gender and inclusion approach to deliberative assemblies, with Conchi Piñeiro.
In this meeting we talk about how to include diversity in the design and facilitation of mini-publics. From key elements to consider in facilitation to team composition, this conversation gathers tools to make deliberative processes more inclusive.
June 2024: Deliberating with plants
How to include the non-human in deliberative assemblies, with Alfredo Ramos.
